Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to The Stock Educators for courses, trading setups, workshops, masterclasses and other educational programmes are generally non-refundable once payment has been confirmed and access to the purchased service has been provided.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly approved by The Stock Educators.
2. Cancellation of Enrollment
You may request cancellation of your course or programme enrollment at any time.
However:
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made.
- Access already provided to course materials, recorded sessions or other learning resources may not be withdrawn in exchange for a refund.
- Any future payment obligations will be handled according to the payment terms agreed to at the time of enrollment.
Where applicable, requests to shift to another available batch may be considered separately and will be subject to availability and approval.
3. Course Access
After successful payment and enrollment, access to the applicable course, programme, recordings, learning materials or other educational resources will be provided according to the programme terms.
Once course access or digital educational material has been provided, the educational service will be considered to have commenced.
Refunds will generally not be provided after such access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
4. Payment Issues
If you experience:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect payment amounts
- Failed transactions where money has been deducted
- Other genuine billing errors
Please contact The Stock Educators as soon as possible.
Each payment issue will be reviewed individually. Submission of a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
